Ways to Support

Ministry Projects 

There are a number of ministry projects underway that urgently need funding.  Please consider giving, as BHM seeks to assist and train the Haitian people.

Child Sponsorship 

This is an effective and meaningful way to help the country of Haiti long-term, by building up the children into men and women who seek hard after the Lord and who aid their community.  Through giving to the Child Sponorship program your sponsored child will receive:

  • Exposure to the gospel
  • Food
  • Medical Care
  • Education

How to Give: 

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

EFT is the most efficient and financially proactive way to partner with BHM and our missionaries.

Benefits

  • No check is in the mail and the network is secure
  • It allows the Mission to focus on ministry because your gifts are reliable and regular.
  • Automatically processes, allowing less handling and opportunity for mistakes, allowing our missionaries to work more with the people.

Credit Card

Credit cards are either accepted over the internet or by calling 1.800.359.5174

Check/Money Order

If giving check or money order please make it payable to Baptist Haiti Mission.  Include a note indicating how you would like to designate your contribution.  Please send to the following address:

Once your gift has been received, you will receive a receipt for your personal files and an envelope to aid you if your gift is recurring.
*We do recommend Electronic Funds Transfer over any type of giving as it is the most reliable and requires little preparation.

Corporate Giving

If you are considering personal contributions we urge you to check with your company and see if they would like to be involved. Companies will often match funds that are raised in giving to charitable organizations.

Foundations and Grants

Underwrite a BHM ministry project or fund general operations.

Planned Giving

You may choose to support Baptist Haiti Mission through planned gifts.
Some common types of planned gifts are:

  • Real Estate
Planned gifts allow the financial flexibility and tax benefits that are attractive to many donors.  They provide an effective means of Christian financial stewardship, in that they redirect money to ministry that would otherwise have been lost to various taxes.
